Project Done by a Cabinet Painter...
In this project we kept the original cabinets and worked with a local professional cabinet painter to complete this project! We provided 3-D renderings and floor plans to help the client envision their dream kitchen! We provided new countertops, tile and hardware to really make a stunning transformation!
Project Done by a Cabinet Maker...
We worked with a local cabinet maker and provided 3-D renderings and floor plans to our client to get the designs established and the project rolling. The kitchen truly turned out like the original 3-D designs and came together so perfectly! We work with several local cabinet makers as their design partner!
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
We offer a simple and collaborative step-by-step design process which includes a reasonable flat fee that would be tailored to your design project and to be sure that there are no unexpected design fees. An informed client is a good client!
STEP 1 : INITIAL CONSULTATION
LOCATION: Virtual, Phone or Showroom
DURATION: 30 min.
FEE: None
The first meeting is a complimentary initial consultation in order for us to get to know each other. During this meeting we will discuss what we would charge for your particular project. The initial consultation meeting can be virtual, over the phone or in the showroom and you can simply book online now with nothing to lose. Or just send an email to jerilyn@jhkitchenbath.com.
STEP 2 : DESIGN, RESEARCH, PRESENTATION
FEE: $250 - $450
During this step, we would start with the jobsite meeting where we will take measurements and photos for our own reference and discuss the options with you. Next, we will have the material selections meeting in the showroom. After both of these meetings have been accomplished, we'll begin creating 3D rendered designs, pulling together mood boards and providing product estimates and product specifications. This step does not include final blueprints.
STEP 3 : FINAL BLUEPRINTS & PROJECT EXECUTION
FEE: Free with Product Purchases or an Additional $250 - $450
Now it's time to finalize the plans and get you connected with a reputable contractor in which you will work directly with. The dimensioned plans will be provided to you at no additional cost if you purchase the products that the plans are referring to. For example: if you purchase the cabinets then you'll be provided with the dimensioned cabinet plans. Otherwise, if you decide to purchase the products elsewhere and you still want to purchase the dimensioned plans for you and your contractor, then there would be an additional cost for these final plans. You do not have to feel obligated to purchase products from us but just keep in mind that our time is valuable, and we will need to be compensated for it.
